With over 12 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy, Alejandra Hidalgo holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from ITESO and a Master's degree in Family Therapy from the University of Guadalajara. She is certified as a Family Therapist and Junior Supervisor by the renowned Milan Institute of Family Therapy. In the area of couples therapy, she holds dual certifications from Centro Empareja and the Tzapopan Institute, allowing her to deeply address topics such as infidelity, perinatal and neonatal grief, parenting conflicts, and severe family crises. As an individual therapist, Alejandra has supported adults facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and survivors of childhood sexual abuse and domestic violence. Her therapeutic approach is based on ethics, clarity, and compassion, elements that have enabled her to provide more than 3,500 hours of effective clinical consultations. Currently, Alejandra is in a stage of professional consolidation, developing her own psychotherapeutic methodology, enriched by her systemic training and the influence of major figures in the clinical field.
